This invitation is non-transferrable and exclusive to the addressee. NEC will provide economy flights from and to your home airport, hotel accommodation, programme activities and meals. Please note that any rescheduling, upgrading or rebooking of flights or changes to the hotel stay will be at the attendees expense and settled by the attendee directly.
The protection of your personal data is important to us. All personal data collected during the execution of the event will be used exclusively for the event. We only store this personal data for as long as it is necessary for this purpose.
